AMPLIFICATION
Amplification
Writing involves extending a sentence or phrase so that certain aspects of
meaning, explanation or statement are further clarified, emphasized or
exaggerated.
To say
roughly ‘amplification’ means the extension of thought. It means the
elaboration of a statement in a logical sequence in a literary process. To
intensify the argument or statement undertaken to amplify, further detail is
supplemented. It explains the meaning of a statement.
We will
take the following steps and suggestions into account when doing the task of
amplification.
1. Read the given statement (quotation, proverb, paradox,
etc.) several times, slowly and carefully before you understand the importance
and meaning of the sentence.
2. It is important to follow the reading
with thoughts. The concept of the statement should be mentally developed. It is
important to think systemically and logically about the related details,
illustrations, examples, etc.
3. A draft of the expansion of the thinking should
be prepared, explaining, in brief, the importance of that assertion or the statement, and then putting forward reason, illustrations, examples. In short,
there should be three sections of the amplification: introduction, explanation
and conclusion in itself.
4. It should be carefully avoided anything
superfluous. There should not be even a single word or detail while does not
have a direct connection with the topic.
5. Continuity and unity of thought should be
provided. Sentences should follow each other in a logical order. Each sentence
should come out of the previous one naturally and spontaneously. Each sentence
must carry the thought forward in an amplification.
6. The language should be easy to understand and
clear. The vague or bombastic words and phrases should be avoided.
7. The rough draft should be revised once or two
times, spelling and grammatical errors must be corrected carefully.
8. The fair copy should be rendered after the
above-mentioned steps are over.
There is no hard and fast rule as regards the
length of an application. If an academic amplification is recommended for a
certain length, it must be strictly maintained. Otherwise, it will do 100 words
or so.

Little Learning Is a Dangerous Thing
Learning is not limited. The more we learn, the less our learning is. Every wise and learned person has this kind of feeling. But the people with little Knowledge feel that they are very intelligent and experienced. Thus, their steps or behaviour often pose a significant threat to their family or society. A man with little learning is like a frog who finds its bucket to be an ocean. The people with little knowledge should, therefore, be avoided to deal with all important matters.

A Man Is Known by the Company He Keeps
There is an insightful saying, “Birds of a feather flock together”. In reality, a good person with a good companion finds comforts and ease. So when he/she is in a group of bad people, he or she behaves like a fish out of water. A good company makes a man good and a bad company ruins him. If an evil man stays in touch with the good people for a long time, he will change to a certain degree. So, a person's company is like an index by whereby his/her character can be identified.

A Rolling Stone Gathers no Moss
A stone that rolls will never catch any moss due to its rubbing with the soil. Similarly, a man always changes his work and never settles himself in one particular thing will never achieve success in life. One has to hang on to a particular thing for a long time to wear the moss of success. A fickle-minded man in this world will never achieve anything or something extraordinary. So success embraces only those people who are sincere, diligent and willing to do something.

Every achievement depends
on meeting the demand of time. When completed timely, all actions are
considered sufficient. If we do any work making delay, we will need more toil.
If a piece of iron is hot, we can give it any shape. But it gets cold, this task
is not so easy. Any fault in the brake of a car can cause a serious accident if
it is not fixed in time. Similarly, if a torn cloth is not stitched in time,
more stitches are required to repair it afterwards. Therefore, timely action
must be taken to carry out the work properly.
All That Glitters Is Not Gold
Often external appearances misrepresent the facts. Similarly, the face is not always a mental map. An enemy may be hidden behind a friendly face. It is true that gold glitters and that a gentleman has a gentle face. But we must not ignore the fact that many glittering objects in this world are useless. Imitation ornaments glow like real gold. Fraud always pretends to be a good man to manipulate others. So, one should not be convinced only seeing the outer beauty of something or anyone's external appearance.

An Idle Brain Is The Devil’s
Workshop
An active life is better than anything. If we engage ourselves in any work, our brain remains dedicated to it. But our brain will not stay idle if we have no work to do. It never takes rest. Then the evil thoughts occupy it. And if malicious thoughts invade our brain, we are no longer human but the devil. A brain that is idle can, therefore, be regarded as a workshop of the devil that only creates malicious ideas and plans.

Empty Vessels Make the Most Sound
An empty vessel provides much more sound when beaten than the vessel that is loaded with something. Similarly, a drum that does not have anything inside always sounds much. This empty vessel or drum is equivalent to the men with little experience. These kinds of men sometimes talk as if they knew everything. The wise and learned people, however, never hanker after publicity. They like to keep themselves aloof from some sort of advertising. Only the people with no experience and expertise often seek to figure out how they can express them.

Experience Is the Best Teacher
We can learn in many ways. Nonetheless, the lesson that we learn from direct experience is more successful and lasting than any form of learning. Sound and detailed knowledge of something can be acquired only in the practical field. The lesson that we get practically can be easily grasped. Lectures in the classroom or any instructions provided by someone will never be equal to self-experience. So experience may also be regarded as the best teacher, guide or instructor.

Hurry Spoils the Curry
No great or remarkable work has been done hurriedly in this world. For anything to be carried out nicely and artistically, one must need a reasonable period. There must be a few faults when we try to do something hastily. It does not mean that all works should be sluggish. They are slow who start any work at the eleventh hour. They must rush for a lack of time. They can never do anything perfectly. So hurry hampers anything to be performed successfully.

Hasty decisions or actions will rarely bring success. We will bear this later if we make mistakes about making some decision. We should think a lot or consult our friends to write down or to speak something important. The entire advantageous condition can be reversed by only one wrong decision. The country must pay for when the leader of a nation does something wrong. We are subject to do wrong but a judgement accompanied by a reflective thought can reduce our errors.

necessity.
Pride Goes Before A Fall

Pride is one of the worst vices. It separates a man from his surroundings. It is also the root of arrogance and autocracy. A man who is proud of his position starts to look down upon his companions. We Live in Deeds, Not in Years

In this transient world, no man can live
forever. But with his good deeds, a man can make this short period significant
and eternal. The people, who live a long life without doing something
remarkable, are never remembered after their death. By contributing to
humanity, the great poets, thinkers and scientists have achieved immortality.
Our life is, therefore, measured by our noble deeds rather than by months and
years.

remain under social and psychological pressure throughout the entire period.
So, any sort of delay must place a black spot on justice.
To err is human
English text grammar checker online
It is adverse to human nature to lead
the whole life without making a single mistake.
If a man undergoes any work, for some mistakes he must stumble. The best
way to rid ourselves of error is to remain idle in life. There will be no
mistakes in our speech if we never speak. We may also prevent errors if we do
not participate in any work. But it is also a mistake to idle our time without
doing anything. Human beings must walk through the road of mistakes or follow the course of errors in order to
achieve their respective goals.
