1. Where there is will there is way.

The proverb mentioned above signifies that if we are strongly determined to face the challenges and hindrances we can overcome them in course of time.strong will power enables us to achieve our objectives. We can get the solution to any problems if we are strongly determined to solve them. There is no problem without solution. Obstacle always hinder our steps moving towards the goals. The obstacle are easily surmounted if we are guided by the firm determination to achieve the objective desired. The story of the crow
and the pitcher exemplifies this proverb clearly. in the story the crow was looking for water to drink as it was extremely thirsty. When it found a pitcher with some water, it tried to drink but could not at the beginning because it's beak was not long enough to reach the water. It tried again and again but could not drink the water. At last he saw some pebble lying there. It got an idea to solve the problem. It dropped some pebble into the pitcher and the water level got raised and it could quench it's thirst. It shows how one's firm will power and strong determination always lead one to the goal of one's life.

2. Necessity is the mother of invention.

Human beings try to get that is essential for life. Indeed, even little necessities of life push us to work hard. The significant developments and disclosures are all the consequence of necessities of human life. In primitive age men had no house to live in, no clothes to protect their body against cold or warmth. The outrageous requirements for shelter, dress and food compelled people to discover ways to make homes, clothes and produce crops. Men have imagined fire and agriculture to fulfill their need. They invented boat on water and the wheel on the land. They invented letters in order to write down their thoughts. The necessity to save human-beings from ailments led to the invention of surgical equipment and modern medicine. The need to life is at the centre of creation of these medicines. The need to converse with friends far away added to the creation of the phone, the wireless phones and the satellite communication framework. Further, the need to be always in touch with other individuals offered path to the creation of cell phones and internet. Hence, human-being is going on in course of invention wherever and whenever he feels a necessity. Necessity creates an urge in human mind to make efforts to develop something new. It is, therefore, rightly stated, "Necessity is the mother of invention."

3. Birds of feather flock together.

Human beings are social creatures and they want to live in close relationship of each other. Yet, it is to be noticed that a specific kind of person likes the relationship of his own kind. A legit person likes other genuine people. Likewise, an unscrupulous person likes other untrustworthy people. They form organization among themselves and keep close association. It is the example of social life. In human society also we find something very similar. A smoker mixes with another smoker; a corrupt authority makes association with other bribe takers. This sort of affiliation is also true for good people. A craftsman likes to stay with another craftsman; a writer enjoys the association of an individual who has graceful sense. Thus, the 'flocking spirit' is widespread.

There is another aspect of this association. The nature of an individual may also be identified from the association he has a place with. That is the reason it is said that a person is known from the company he keeps.

4. Rome was not built in a day.

The above  mentioned proverb 'Rome was not built in a day discloses to us that an extraordinary work cannot be finished in a short timeframe.

Every incredible work needs extraordinary effort for a long time. Rome, one of the well known old city of the world was not built in a short time.It set aside a long effort to record its wonderful history. If we need to achieve an extraordinary work, we need to pay ample effort and assurance for a long time. It is said that hasty climbers have a sudden fall. If we need to achieve something incredible  quickly, we are unquestionably led to disappointments and chaos. In the field of science and technology, many extraordinary inventions and development have been made. They are the result of the abundant time and work contributed for them.

The above mentioned proverb clearly says that an incredible accomplishment cannot be obtained in a short time.

5. Honesty is the best policy

Honesty is a great virtue. It is an honorable quality in man. It means doing always the right things. An honest man is cherished and regarded by all. On the other hand a dishonest or a deceptive man is detested by all. Untruthfulness may once in a while bring success, however that is not permanent achievement. It is just honesty that brings enduring success. An honest man may not be rich, he will most likely be unable to profit rapidly, yet he is cheerful. His mind and his soul are clear. God adores him. An exploitative man is constantly pricked by a feeling of remorse. He is forever discontent. It is for all these reasons that there is the well-known proverb, "honestyis the best policy." We should attempt to be honest in words and deeds all through our life.
