Physical Exercise

It is said that health is wealth. We keep watchmen to protect our wealth from thieves. Additionally we ought to shield our health from malady. Physical exercise monitors our wellbeing. Great health is unimaginable without appropriate exercise. Physical exercise averts the attack of illness. There are a few illnesses which can be relieved through physical exercise. 

Various individuals do various physical exercises. It depends on their physical constitution and their likings. Morning walk and evening walk are prescribed for all. But, the individuals who have feeble constitutions are exhorted not to go for gymnastics. 

Free-hand activities or exercises can be effectively practised by all. In schools and universities, there are facilities for outdoor games which help the students to keep their mind fresh and they can easily concentrate whenever they start to read anything. 


Mental work has expanded for modern man. He accomplishes increasingly mental work and less of physical work. In this way he ruins his body. He turns out to be easy victim to different ailments. Just physical exercise can help him in being strong. It is a matter of grief that the degree for physical exercise is gradually diminishing. 

Students are busy in getting ready for competitive examinations. They are not focusing on their health. They trust that only great nourishment can keep them sound. But, it is a wrong thought. They can be sound and strong in true sense if they do regular physical exercise.
